Fuego
Petit cheval Mellerano
Fuego est un petit cheval limite double-poney de type Mellerano de l’élevage du Haras de La Mellerie. Il est issu du croisement ibéro-Haflinger.
Très beau et affectueux bien qu’il soit plutôt réservé et craintif de nature, il nous a été confié en raison de problèmes importants avec les autres chevaux de la famille qui l'avait acquis. Depuis qu'il est chez nous, il a noué des liens d'amitié avec Gyr Khan, Garpur et Taranis. La compagnie de son copain Taranis a réussi à lui faciliter l’intégration au troupeau. Il se fait maintenant de plus en plus de copains et joue souvent avec Biham qui l’a pris sous sa grande aile de Pégase.
Cependant, jeune et joueur, Fuego manque d'activité et nous cherchons un cavalier de très bon niveau, sensible et patient, pour nouer des liens d'amitiés avec lui et partager avec lui calins, soins et sorties.
… in search of tenderness
Fuego is a young cob-size Mellerano horse from Haras de La Mellerie’s cruzado breedings. Like all Melleranos he has iberian and Haflinger origins which makes him neither too small nor too big, a little bit headstrong yet eager to learn, independant yet close to humans, rustic yet sensitive.
In fact, Fuego is a hypersensitive and rather shy and fearful horse although affectionate once he knows who he has to deal with. He has joined the Louley horses because in his family he had major problems of integration into a group of five horses where he was constantly in conflict.
Since his arrival he has made friends at first with Gyr and Garpur, then also with the other outsider Taranis who has become his great pal. The two of them together have succeeded in integrating into the herd and of being accepted. They has even started to make new friends and are now often playing with Biham who has taken both of them under the protection of his large Pegasus wings.
Yet, Fuego is young and needs more than just living in a herd. We are now looking for somebody to take care of him, make friends with him, ride him, share with him the pleasure of true horsemanship.
