Enir de Pegaso
Le "petit" dernier
Il n'a rien de petit, mais c'est le "petit" frère de son grand frère Biham. Il est le dernier "petit" de Naïa et de Marinero, né en 2014. Comme presque tous nos poulains, lui aussi porte le nom d'une étoile, Enir ou Enif, la plus brillante de la constellation de Pégase. D'où son nom complet Enir de Pegaso.
Enir a passé ses jeunes années en troupeau et au sein de sa petite famille avec maman Naïa, "Papa" Natarajah et frérot Biham. Avoir un dernier poulain avait permis à Naïa de retrouver son équilibre hormonal mis à rude épreuve par ce qu'elle avait vécu.
Enir est très fort, volontaire et d'un caractère enjoué. Ayant besoin de plus d'activités et est parti depuis 2022 chez Pascal de La Mare au Haras de La Mellerie pour y développer ses talents et prêter sa force aux cavaliers trop grands ou trop lourds pour les chevaux Melleranos du Haras, petits chevaux issus d'origines ibériques x Haflinger.
Big little brother
There is nothing little about him, but still he is the "little" brother of his big brother Biham. He is the last foal of Naïa and Marinero born in 2014. Lika almost all our foals, he carries the name of a star, Epsilon Pegasi, the so-called Enif or Enir, the most brillant star of the Pegasus constellation. This is why his complete name is Enir de Pegaso.
Enir passed his years ans foal and youngster in the herd and within the family group of mother Naïa, "dad" Natarajah and Big Brother Biham. Being in foal again had allowed Naïa to overcome hormonal disorder due to mistreatments she had had to endure before.
Enir is a very strong and wilful horse, full of joy, eager to play and be active. Therefore, in 2022, we sent him to Pascal de La Mare at his stud Haras de La Mellerie in order to give him a chance of developing and expressing his talents. Today he continues living in a herd of fellow horses but he also lends his strengths to riders that are too tall or too heavy for the stud's Mellerano horses of mixed iberian and Haflinger breed.
